After seeing the miniature sequence in Wonderstruck, production designer Jade Healy reached out to Katrina about conceptualizing and overseeing a number of miniatures that were planned for an upcoming film about Fred Rogers.
Over the course of three months, she worked with a Pittsburgh-based team of model makers and scenics to recreate the iconic Neighborhood Model, as well as to make miniatures of Pittsburgh, New York, the Plaza, and other locations needed for the script.
